(3-18 Years Old)
At Tennis Empire, we believe it’s never too young to start learning how to play tennis! Kids that start playing tennis at a young age will have better cognitive skills and be more active as they get older. Our kids’ tennis lessons improve coordination, strengthens muscles and fosters mental development. Our students develop the ability to focus and to think quickly and strategically on their own or while playing in a team. We use suitably matched kids training tools to match the ability of the child.
Tennis Empire’s main focus is directed towards movement and competition, including technical and tactical elements. The overall speed of the tennis ball is increasing due to improvement in technique and athletic conditioning, hence the importance of efficient and explosive movement and footwork.
- The ability to “see” the ball early
- First reaction to the ball
- Contact moves (footwork before, during and after contact with the ball)
The program will provide specific drills and competition to learn these skills.
